Mental health is one of our main focuses in improving Latina/o/x health outcomes and we would like to provide resources to do so that are accepting of immigration statuses, language, and affordability.

Latinx therapy directories
Providing an online business directory featuring mental health professionals in the Latinx community under Latinx Therapy®.
They offer Spanish therapy, have a podcast, and directory filled with various Latinx identifying providers with varying services that provides a wide range of options.
A directory for searching for latinx therapists. Similarly to Latinx Therapy, one can search for specific pay options, treatment approaches, insurance types, and language options that best suite one's needs.
Mental Health Support Lines
Support lines are hot/warm or conversation communication lines that support those in need or crisis. These serve as connections when one needs to discuss their mental health, but do not have resources or people they can confide in.
