Margaret Garcia is a Latina researcher prioritizing studying the psychology and wellness of the Latinx community. Graduating from the University of California Merced, earning her B.A in Psychology and minor in political science within three years, she was awarded high honors.
She has been 1 of 10 nationally selected youth to serve on Mental Health America's Young Leader's Council bringing awareness to youth mental health advocacy, 1 of 35 globally selected youth chosen to serve as advisor to Lady Gaga's Born this Way Foundation, 1 of 100 advocates chosen to serve on NAMI's Community of Practice emphasizing youth mental health advocates, youth advisor for Stanford University and Northwestern University mental health projects, UCLA research assistant examining BIPOC youth suicidality, intern at the Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law, and more!

Ana Sandoval graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor’s in Sociology.
Ana is deeply passionate about mental health, education, immigrant rights, and increasing access to opportunities for diverse communities. She aspires to pursue a career in the mental health field.
Diana Andrade graduated from the University of California Los Angeles with her B.S in Neuroscience and minor in Spanish. She is very passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping others learn something new! She shares that science topics, such as research and psychology, can be tough to access or even difficult to understand, and it is important to make these accessible and easy to digest.

Paola recently graduated from the University of California Los Angeles with her Bachelor's in Psychology and is interested in supporting Latina Psychology as a result of her passionf for uplifting the work Latinx do in the psychology field and their positive influence in the field and overall our community.
"I believe that through my role, I will be able to help others connect to important psychology related resources, information, and research. Additionally, I am excited to bring two of my interests: social media and psychology to in the future be a therapist that brings awareness and spreads resources."
